Deer Lake Canoeing on Saturday Sep 17

We have an all-sections canoeing day on Saturday September 17 at Deer Lake park. Here is the schedule. Please note when your section is expected to be there:

9:00-9:30 canoes arrive – unload
9:30-9:45 venturers get ready to paddle
9:45-10:45 venturers paddle
10:45-11:00 Beavers arrive, get life jackets, go into canoes
11:00-11:30 Beavers paddle with venturers
11:30-11:45 Beavers unload and leave
11:45-12:30 Venturers eat lunch, take a break
12:30-12:45 Cubs arrive, get life jackets, go into canoes
12:45-1:45 Cubs paddle with Venturers
1:45-2:00 Scouts arrive, get life jackets, go into canoes
2:00-3:00 Scouts paddle
3:00-3:30 Scouts and scouters (and any venturers still present) help load canoes
